Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced and well-rounded Construction Project Manager who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate must have a background in construction, project management and administrative duties. The project manager will be responsible for managing the overall construction of new commercial locations with multiple contractors so that projects are completed on schedule and on budget. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating with customers to ensure that the end result meets their expectations.

1. Engage with Procuring Entity to provide guidance and advice on the management of the project during execution.

2.Perform monthly risk assessments (or as instructed by Procuring Entity) on Contractor’s performance

3. Review and comment on the PEP and project master schedule

4.Work with Procuring Entity and the project team to ensure that the project progress/schedule is recovered as per defined timeline

5. Ensure the project team adheres to the project scope/ job descriptions and adjust the scope if necessary as the project progresses and instructed by Procuring Entity

6. Attend project meetings with Procuring Entity when necessary

Qualifications

PhD in Engineering. Minimum B.Sc. Engineering (Mech./ Chem./ Elect.) or its equivalent, Minimum 20 years working experience in the relevant field including at least 15 years working experience at any Industry/Petroleum Oil Installation/terminal / Refinery/Oil & Gas industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Salary: Up to $120,000.00 per year
