Overview:
The Product Marketing team is growing and looking for a Market Research Product Marketing Specialist to join our team in Toronto. This is a strategic role, with the objective of making sure we understand and remediate any challenges with our buyer experience and our pricing. In this role you will analyze the pricing feedback from our opportunities, our wins, losses and no-decisions in our CRM (Salesforce) globally, set up interviews with contacts in those organizations, analyze the responses to those interviews and prepare cross-departmental presentations and pricing adjustments. On a quarterly basis you will prepare analysis of quarterly trends in our win rates and initiate programs to increase our win rate including pricing, product, sales and service enhancements.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze win/loss data from our CRM
  • Setup interviews with prospects and customers to get insight into their buying process, their decision criteria, and Achievers strengths and weaknesses
  • Prepare presentations for leadership on an ongoing, quarterly and annual basis to identify win/loss trends and recommend remediation’s
  • Analyze pricing results and prepare presentations and recommendations for leadership
  • Manage pricing updates for new products
  • Planning and executing product marketing initiatives against larger marketing department strategies
  • Building strong relationships cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success
  • Identifying industry best practices and techniques
  • Working with marketing team to coordinate campaigns, including trade shows and conferences
  • Develop sales & marketing collateral including internal and external facing product decks, one-pagers, custom presentations
  • Create concise, engaging, and compelling content across a range of media, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, thought leadership articles, and product/sales information.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our organization in the market
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to educate them on ways to concisely demonstrate the features and benefits of all products to both existing and prospective customers
  • Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market
  • Sales enablement – Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, training, and collateral
  • Conduct and/or coordinate competitive analysis and/or user research to better understand the relative positioning of Achievers products, leverage the analysis to construct strategic product positioning, and communicate analysis to internal partners

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Mathematics or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. MBA highly desired.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Understanding of salesforce.com
