Our Client is looking for a Procurement Manager to oversee the Procurement function.

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing a team of five direct reports and driving the Procurement strategy. You will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external. You will be responsible for creating a best-in class Procurement department by assessing existing practices and making recommendations based on your leadership experience. This role will require a hands-on leader that gets involved in high level negotiations but also ensures that they have a high performing team.

As the ideal candidate you must bring 5+ years of Procurement Leadership experience – managing teams, hiring and experience in ensuring a best-in class Procurement organization. You must have Procurement experience in the private sector. You must have experience in leading direct reports and the personality traits of a collaborative leader. It’s key that the Procurement Manager has experience in influencing stakeholders, driving change and prior experience in creating a high performing team in the Procurement department.
