My Client is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Senior Design Manager. As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient project delivery, maintaining compliance with business processes and policies, and contributing to the growth and success of our design group. Collaboration and bid success are paramount, requiring your effective teamwork with the Bidding and Estimating Team and senior management. Stakeholder engagement is another key facet, where you will establish positive professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders, showcasing a collaborative and professional approach to client care and management. Your impact also extends to innovation and sustainability, contributing to the development of affordable, innovative, and low-carbon solutions. You will actively drive initiatives to eliminate or minimize carbon impact. In terms of team development and growth, collaboration with the Head of the Design Group is crucial to creating a positive structure and working environment, supporting a robust Graduate/Apprentice pipeline for sustainable business growth

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in design management or a related field.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of sustainability and innovation in design
