HERD, a leader in front end collision protection products, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking team player to join our Evening Shift team in the role of a Pre-Fabricator.

As a Pre-Fabricator, you will be an essential part of our production team by being responsible for the accurate measuring and cutting of parts associated with the assembly of bumpers.

REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• All applicants must have excellent English communication skills– both Verbal & Written
• Able to read/use a metric tape measure is a must
• Experience in wood working would be an asset
• Experience with powered hand tools (skill saw, hand router, angle grinders, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Ability to stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to work in hot, dusty and fast-paced shop environment
• Basic computer skills/knowledge
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work (HERD is not located on, or near any bus routes)

HOURS OF WORK:

Evenings: 3:00PM – 11:30PM; Monday to Friday
