Plumbing Apprentice Opening Our leading client in the construction engineering industry is looking for a plumbing apprentice to join their team in St. Catherine’s, ON.

• Description:*
• Would be doing lots of pipe work with PVC, stainless, etc for a large pumphouse project involving wastewater. Would be doing bubble installations, irrigating tanks, pipefitting with stainless steel, building drop legs, drilling and lining up everything.
• Following a drawing/working from blueprints.
• This person would be assisting the other employees who are running the job, but assisting them as needed. Outdoor and indoor construction site working with two other licensed plumbers.
• Skills:*
• Plumbing ticket or 3,4,5th year apprenticeship .
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools to do pipe installation/pipework and fitting
• Ability to work outdoors and on construction site

Qualifications:*

• Construction education
• Certifications: fall arrest, WHMIS, Working at heights, heavy equipment experience.
• Experience with wastewater or victaulic couplings
• Value Proposition*
• Huge company that has many projects all over Canada.
• Could go permanent after 6 months * will train them on many different processes/machines
• Could lead their own team after 6 months (need more supervisors!)
• Could be moved to a Niagara project closeby as well after
• Shift:* Monday to Thursday 7-4:00pm, Friday 7-12:00pm
• Pay:* $30+/hr
