Our client, a globally respected, capital component manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Plant Manager who can lead Safety, Production Processes, Quality, and Maintenance within a team atmosphere focusing on KPI driven objectives. Our ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary education in a technical related discipline and a minimum of ten years of similar experience in a unionized industrial establishment. Essential to this role will be excellent written and oral communication skills, people management expertise, and decision-making skills to support the Plant’s teams in an employee involved environment, cascading metrics from facility to floor level that inspire change for improved productivity and engagement. If you are the person that likes to be floor focused, developing a rapport with employees, and then pivoting to the boardroom for leadership presentations and analysis, this position is for you!!
