Metro Infrastructure Inc is growing! This position will provide support to the Outside Plant Management team, in conjunction with the Director of Operations and Billing associates in assisting with the functional and managerial responsibilities and accountability for the execution of various OPM projects, including compliance and scheduling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and communicating construction schedule
• Reviewing drawings/sketches
• Coordinating project administrative functions; permit and locate site coordination, customer appointments and follow ups, regular meeting notes taking and updating, and general office requirements
• Organizing and maintaining project files, records, systems and procedures
• Implementing and maintaining project management systems and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with quality control procedure
• Maintain and promote excellent relationships with clients, construction teams, suppliers and public
• Oversee all facets of project closeout, including documents archiving

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College or university graduate or equivalent working experience
• Minimum of 1+ years working experience in Civil Construction
• Logical approach to problem solving, persuasive powers, ability to motivate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time and Project Management skills
• Proficient MS Office and Windows-based computer applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.)
• Detail Oriented with the ability to multitaks and work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
