Make an impact with our Charitable Lottery Services team as a Office Clerk for a three (3) month term beginning in mid-August until end of November, 2022. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities

• Verify cheques/cash prior to depositing; confirm deposit slip is correct
• Prepare daily cheque/cash deposits; enter information into worksheets
• Sort mail according to specific criteria
• Review each envelope thoroughly in search of discrepancies between the envelope and its contents; follow established procedures when discrepancies occur
• Separate envelope contents; organize according to specific criteria
• Scan sorted material
• Cross reference information on applications and payments

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
