Job Summary

We are looking for an outgoing "people-person" to be our Office / Accounting Administrator. Salary is to be negotiated. Primary responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Job cost-tracking / Time sheets
• Weekly Payroll
• Human resources (includes insurance)
• Billing, Collections
• Maintaining and scheduling service agreement Customers
• Maintain office supplies
• Acting as back-up Dispatch

Responsibilities and Duties

The ideal can multi-task and is willing to do all tasks needed to run a small business front office, from billing and collections, HR, insurance, excellent customer service, and the ability to implement procedures for work flow.. Full- time position with benefits.
