As a Move Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients’ moves are successful, from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the moving process, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with our clients and partners. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and who can thrive under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the moving process
• Coordinate and schedule all aspects of the move, including packing, loading, transport, and delivery
• Communicate regularly with clients and partners to ensure a smooth and successful move
• Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
