Our team is growing, and Marcon Metalfab is currently looking for a Metal Fabricatorto join our team at our Delta location!

Shifts Available

• Day Shift - Monday-Thursday (10 hour shifts) - 5:00am-3:30pm
• Night Shift - Monday-Thursday - 3:15pm-1:45am
• Weekend Shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12 Hour Shifts) - 5:15 am to 5:45 pm
• (A weekend premium of 4 hours is paid for completing an entire scheduled shift for the week)
  

For over 30 years, Marcon Metalfab has supplied custom fabricated steel and rubber products required for infrastructure, and other projects in the transportation, building construction, utilities, mining, marine, oil, and gas sectors. Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare jobs, create layouts.
• Read, analyze and interpret shop drawings.
• Fabricate and assemble components.
• Safely rig components for lifting.
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working in a steel manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fitting structural steel, plate work, and custom fabrications.
• Experience with steel fabrication techniques, steel grades, and shapes.
