• Produce pre-studies and estimates for projects mainly in building mechanics, ventilation and industrial piping, but also of other types in an extremely varied manufacturing environment;
• Draft mandates for external professionals for services in other disciplines, architecture, civil engineering, structure or others;
• Subsequently, produce, verify and approve the plans and specifications and ensure the technical follow-up of the projects in collaboration with the designers, project managers and external professionals;
• Act as technical support for the maintenance team;
• Conduct project feedback (post mortem) with key stakeholders;
• Participate in the improvement of existing processes.

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a university degree in mechanical engineering;
• You have five to ten years of experience in building mechanics design in the industrial sector;
• You are able to design steam networks, natural gas, fire protection, drainage, sanitary plumbing, ventilation systems, heating and dust collection;
• You are a member of the OIQ or are in the process of obtaining your permit from the OIQ;
• You have a sense of organization and teamwork;
• You have a good command of Autodesk Autocad software;
• Are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments;
• Are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written;
• You have a logical mind with a sense of initiative, attention to detail, rigor and discipline;
• You are analytical and have the ability to see the big picture.
