WHAT YOU’LL DO

Be the lead in strategizing and administering Harvard’s social media marketing efforts for our various corporate and project accounts across Canada. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Creating annual social media strategies & content calendars, including key performance indicators
2. Developing innovative and creative media content across social media platforms
3. Implement a consistent publishing schedule to effectively engage our target audience and increase our advertising reach
4. Educating and assisting regional marketing coordinators with execution of retail social media and content strategies.
5. Tracking ongoing social media trends and implementing best practices where appropriate
  • Manage tenant engagement activities within our Downtown Regina portfolio, building memorable experiences and positive relationships through engaging storytelling, events and activations.
  • Act as the primary design/visual resource to Harvard’s various departments, ensuring all customer and employee facing assets are up-to- date and in line with Harvard’s creative brand. This includes leasing brochures, imagery, website profiles, presentations, signage and RFP’s. Identify and Grow Harvard’s Community Investment initiatives. Be active and assist in the promotion and proper communication of Harvard’s community involvement programs and company events.
WHAT YOU HAVE
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or another related area of study
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a marketing/communications role
  • Flair for creative storytelling and advanced communication/editing capabilities
  • Proven Social Media Management Skills
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies (websites, apps, CMS platforms)
  • Event / Project Management Administration / Organization skills
  • Added experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-Design, Adobe Illustrator would be a bonus
