Marketing Specialist (Edmonton)

Morrison Homes is looking for a digitally savvy Marketing Specialist. As a top, award-winning builder, we’ve worked hard to build a reputation as the Homebuyer’s Best Friend™ and need an enthusiastic marketer to manage advertising and on-the-ground marketing activities in Edmonton, while leading digital marketing strategies across our entire single-family operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist:

• Plans and executes all digital marketing activities, including SEO, paid search, social advertising and display

• Manages Morrison Homes’ lead generation and inbound marketing program (via HubSpot Marketing Hub™ software)

• Leads the development of Morrison’s website as required

• Manages third party online listing services

• Develops and coordinates point of sale collateral and signage, and otherwise supports day-to-day requirements of the Edmonton sales team

• Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and developer partners to achieve shared business and marketing goals

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in marketing or communications with a minimum of 4 years of relevant B2C marketing experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Must have proven experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub™ software

• Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac OS X (Illustrator, InDesign)

• Previous experience within the real estate development or home building industry will be considered an asset
