Temporary - 12 months
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Marketing Team lead, Acquisition, this position is responsible for partnering with GTM to launch market strategies, campaigns and activities. Ensure all messaging inputs are established while working with the GTM team to develop positioning statements to ensure base management targets are met. Key accountabilities include execution of marketing campaigns, measuring results and performance of campaigns, briefing, partnering with cross functional teams and assisting in post mortem as well as development of future strategies related to new customer connections and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute on the quarterly plan in partnership with the Marketing Manager and the GTM team.
  • Analyse the results and provide ongoing insight
  • Proactively provide new ideas to improve performance related to key initiatives
  • Assist with key messaging to develop positioning statements and ensure key messages and value propositions are being communicated
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on the acquisition strategies and ensure all key financial metrics are achieved
  • Support channel requirements with collateral, signage, hype and incentives to drive new customer connects and increase net revenue
  • Execute quarterly plans on the marketing programs (to secure the base) - part of it and not limited to OBTM, D2D, store front, MDU…)
  • Execute cross channels programs (proactive and reactive) including tests, always on campaign, from hypothesis, impact assessment, brief, refinement and delivery
  • Brief Marcom and Media on all activities with a consolidated messaging approach across all channels (digital, store, media) with a customer centric approach
  • Lead some small to midsize projects or targeted campaigns
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
ACADEMIC TRAINING
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred


WORK EXPERIENCE
  • +3 years Marketing experience
  • +3 years experience in a high volume/fast paced work environment with a team lead position
  • Have experience in program and product launch as well as planning
  • Advanced PC skills including the ability to work proficiently in Google Workspace

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional partners through collaboration and open communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication combined with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present to senior management
  • Understanding of project management methodologies preferred
  • Must be highly organised and detail oriented with demonstrated analytical skills and time management skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative to identify and resolve problems independently. Monitors own quality of work
  • The ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects in a faced paced environment with limited supervision is required
