Our headquarter is based in West Vancouver and with various subsidiaries located globally,

The company is currently looking for a reliable Marketing Manager for its workplace and will work close to Sales Director

The Marketing Manager will report directly to Sales Director

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision and will undertake all the marketing tasks ensuring the smooth running of the company’s office. He/she will be self-motivated and trustworthy and contribute to driving sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and enhancing Pod Brand’s global visibility in targeted markets, segments, and regions
  • Develops a global sales and marketing plan that defines market development, marketing activities, promotional strategies, and related sales objectives
  • Collaborate with regional and central marketing teams for input on the strategy and plan
  • Manage the marketing team to devise, direct and execute a marketing strategy that develops client relationships and has a positive impact on Pod brand
  • Organizes and communicates technical and clinical data and publications as part of sales, marketing, PR and market development activities
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define support initiatives to Drive Sales
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Developing loyalty program and managing customer segmentation, retention, and email optimization strategy
  • Drive creative projects with creative/production team and agencies
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Champion and present new opportunities to management for consideration

Qualifications

  • Ability to work cross functionally with different internal and external teams to complete projects
  • Deep understanding of Demand Generation strategy and tactics, including optimizing paid search, email marketing, lead nurturing, and website optimization
  • 10+ years of relevant digital marketing work experience with
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous project management skills
  • Excellent project management and leadership
