Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern who is passionate about driving business forward. The Marketing Intern will play an active role in media outreach, public relations, and reviews with our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who loves to keep up with social trends, supports community events, and is excited to build a community of people who love OHS Global.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Media outreach - assist in community outreach and social marketing management with media and advertising to effectively represent OHS Global.
  • Public relations - support enterprise-wide communications campaigns reaching with other associates across the company. The intern will work with cross-functional teams, and support content development, execution, and project management.
  • Review website content, marketing materials, product positioning, images, and brand image on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify insights and trends to optimize the performance of OHS Global
  • Generate content ideas and contribute to brainstorming practices.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Enrolled in Business program relating to Sales, Marketing, Business development, Supply chain management
  • To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess the following combination of education, experience and skills:
  • Competency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Retail and IT management experience are important skills.
  • Preferably 2-5 years’ (In GTA) experience in B2B and preparing proposals and contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, in multiple languages is considered an asset.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.

Employment terms:

Term: 3 months (30-40 hours)

Remote

Pay rate : $16/ hour

(possible extension increased term depending on performance)
