We are looking for a talented creative Marketing Coordinator to join or team. They will be responsible for the writing, design, and creation of digital content on various media platforms. They will drive the content creation for engaging and relevant marketing materials: digital ads, web content, social media, email blasts, video creation. The person in this role will have excellent interpersonal skills; flexibility; effective team player; excellent oral and written communication; attention to detail; organization; and a self-starter.

Job Description

• Develop and manage social media calendar and content strategy for the brand and execute against it for all social media platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest
• Write and creating content for newsletters and email blast.
• Post content on company website (WordPress)
• Coordinate between vendors and subcontractors
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize effectively
• Extremely organized and highly collaborative
• Ability to facilitate marketing deliverables in fast paced environment
• Generate weekly metrics reports for our sales team
• Knowledge of WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, video editing software such as Supa, Canva or video boost etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-discipline projects at the same time
• Strong project management, analytical problem solving, and prioritization skills.
• Competitive reports (innovation, events, activation plan and communication)

Assets

• College level diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Social Media or Content Creation or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years related experience
• Beauty Industry experience an asset
• Knowledge and understanding of web analytics tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office properties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
