We are looking for a Manufacturing strategy Project Leader who will report to the Manufacturing strategy & NPD processes Manager, and who’ll be tasked with helping us to define BRP’s future manufacturing footprint. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization’s growth by playing a central role in our manufacturing business cases elaboration.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

• Participate to business cases defining BRP’s future manufacturing footprint, growth strategy and enable the manufacturing strategy of our new products.
• Coordinate many internal departments and external resources to build strong and robust business cases. (Land acquisitions, legislations, customs, taxes, human resources and much more)
• Support the management team in the preparation of communications and presentations addressed to Steering committees, Investments risk committees and Board of directors.
• Create strong partnership with driven collaborators from multidisciplinary and multicultural teams established across the world.
• Define and implement best practices, tools, processes and KPIs to accelerate and strengthen the delivery of feasibility studies.
  

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in pertinent field (ex: engineering, administration, finance).
• 5+ years of experience in project leading, manufacturing, or finance.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
• Full working proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
• “Go getter” spirit and passion to deliver project with huge proportions.
• Building business cases with the “Big picture thinking” in a wide, incomplete and complex environment.
• Strong knowledge Office suite. Smartsheet knowledge will be considered an asset.

• Willingness to travel on occasion.
  

The selected candidate will have the option to work in the Valcourt, Sherbrooke, Brossard, or Montreal office.
