Canadian Farm Insurance Corp. is located in St. Albert, Alberta. We are an insurance company licensed in most Provinces/Territories of Canada, specializing in livestock insurance. We have an opening for a Livestock Claims Adjuster. This is a 12-to-15-month term for maternity leave. Possible opportunities for placement within other areas of the organization after mat leave period is over.
We provide training, support and mentorship. We have great employee benefits. Related work experience and/or education is not a requirement.
We will consider all applicants, whether you are coming back into the work place after some time or simply desire a change and opportunity. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 4:30 pm.
Located inside the beautiful Enjoy Center building in St. Albert.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Farm/Agricultural background
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of adjusting procedures and protocols
- Insurance and adjuster training will be provided
- Highly organized with the ability to adjudicate multiple ongoing claim files
