Lead Payments and Rewards Sales Representative (Vernon) Are you a strong leader that is able to leverage your sales potential while inspiring and motivating a team? Do you take pride in understanding customer needs in a customer-centric environment? In this role you will work closely with your Territory Lead and District Manager to achieve store sales targets and operational excellence within their defined territory through training and coaching. Act as a coach for Payments and Rewards Sales Representatives; providing day to day coaching and sales support, first point of contact for questions & ownership of pavilion performance Own welcoming and onboarding of new Payments and Rewards Sales Representatives Responsible for ownership of Pavilion scheduling and adherence Accountable to Pavilion sales targets as well as achieving personal sales expectations Actively engage with customers to educate and promote President’s Choice Financial products Understand customer needs to make appropriate product recommendations Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge Create excitement around the product offerings by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product Approach each situation with confidence and enthusiasm to promote and sell our wide-selection of products and solutions What you’ll need for success in this role: Minimum of1 year’s success in sales in a financial or retail environment (preferred). Prior people management experience is strongly recommended.
