ZUBU is now hiring for BOH shift leaders. The candidate must be committed to further excelling the brand reputation, strengthening its core values, and working with people from diverse backgrounds in a fast paced environment. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.

Key Requirements:

• 2 years minimum experience -- leadership level in restaurant industry
• Strong communication, motivational and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to set priorities for self and others
• Ability to develop and motivate staff to achieve challenging goals
• ’Hands-on’ management style with excellent team leadership skills
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge
• Customer focus and commitment to exceeding guest expectations
• Technically competent with industry related forms of computer and electronic commerce

Hourly wage:

• Starting from $19.00/hr + tips.
• Once finished training (Training $17/hr + tips) Training takes 2-3 months depending on the candidate’s ability to adapt the leadership position.
• Extended benefits (including medical, dental, and life-insurance) after 90 days of full-time employment.
