About us

Burlington Bowl is one of Canada’s largest bowling entertainment centre! We are the host location for the 2024 Canadian Team Championships.

Our 42,000 square foot facility provides 48 lanes of tenpin and 5pin bowling, quality casual dining, arcades and other entertainment options for up to 644 guests.

Our mission is to ensure that the experience of each guest at Burlington Bowl isAlways Fun.

Our establishment is seeking a forward-thinking individual for the Kitchen Manager / Chef position. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong leadership skills and excellent communication capabilities. You will ensure, among other things, that all kitchen personnel are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures. In addition, you will manage our inventory of kitchen supplies and ensure that the kitchen is adequately stocked at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
• Assess the needs of kitchen staff and guests.
• Review staff schedules and hiring needs.
• Train and evaluate staff members.
• Order food and supplies.
• Work productively with staff to ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
