Rent It Furnished is a technology-forward provider of Luxury Rental Properties and Full Property Management Services across Canada. With locations in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and New York, our company has been rapidly expanding both organically and through acquisition since 2009. We currently represent over 4000 luxury rentals and are poised for continuous rapid growth. To support our service expansion for 2023, we are bringing on a Junior Licensed Property Manager to our Yaletown location!

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Property Manager who is eager to learn and build a career working with an industry-leading company!

Here are the details:

You will be working under the mentorship of a senior property manager, assisting with various duties and supporting a larger portfolio of furnished and unfurnished properties while managing a small but growing portfolio of your own, which will be assigned to you.

You will be working from our beautiful Yaletown office and will also be attending client appointments throughout Vancouver as required. Learning everything from administrative support to move ins & outs, case management and client service requests, you will need to be tech savvy, have strong command of the english language and be an expert in making every client interaction a positive one.

As a Junior PM, you will require a car and a valid driver’s license and have some flexibility for after-hour and weekend appointments when necessary, especially around month end. We are looking for a long term team player who shares our company values and is excited to grow his/her career in luxury property management with us.

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
