IT Business Solutions Senior Manager

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Business Solutions Manager (BSM). The responsibilities of the Business Solutions Manager include developing and implementing sales, eCommerce, and customer service solutions for Commercial business unit. To be successful as a Business Solutions Manager, you should demonstrate strong business/financial acumen and management skills to perform and manage business demand, investment and then benefit realization by turning investment dollars into tangible business capability. BSM will endeavor to a high degree of functional business process ability, enjoy communicating data driven report to audiences ranging from eCommerce product managers, sales leadership team and ELT (Executive Leadership Team) member.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the scope of delivering the agreed eCommerce / technology solution, but also identify additional needs and risks and proactively share with stakeholders
  • Experience in Salesforce Cloud, Cloud Craze and SAP to understand business process, identify challenges and come up with list of improvement to build a holistic roadmap towards increasing revenue, improving operational efficiency and mitigate business risks.
  • Service internal clients (business partners) domestically and internationally to deliver key financial and business benefits.
  • Partners with other areas (Operations, SupplyChain or Copperplate Functions) to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and controls for the Commercial business unit.
  • Build a deep understanding of overall sales & customer solutions business process and how IT needs to help enable business growth and Transformation.
  • Meet with Senior Leadership to determine business priorities for Salesforce, SAP and Data Management team to focus for both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Manage commercial business portfolio of projects and track progress to milestones
  • Keep schedules and issue tracking systems up to date
  • Set up and maintain tools and systems to facilitate cooperation and tracking
  • Act as work stream lead and support projects according to business needs, closely working together with other functions and various internal IT delivery teams such as SAP, Integration, Data Management and the PMO.

Qualifications
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
    • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
    • A minimum of five years’ experience in the industry.
    • A minimum of one year’s experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to details and technicalities.
    • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
    • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
