The candidate must have graduated from a recognized Ontario Technical Program, have 3 - 5 years of working experience developing construction documents, site reviews, knowledge of building materials/science and able to provide graphic services (2D and 3D).

We require an experienced person with Ontario Building Code knowledge and relevant skills to work with our Project Managers to assist with project administration and production support throughout all phases of a project. Building type will be primarily Commercial/Residential within the Private Sector.

Must be highly proficient in drawing skills and familiar with design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp).

Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Develop solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Develop solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software and architectural technologies.

Knowledge of MS Excel, Project, Word & Outlook, Internet Browsers

Completion of BCIN courses are an asset
