Reporting to the Marketing Manager "Customer Relations Representative", successful candidate should be personable, well-spoken, well-presenting, sharp and detail-oriented with a dedication to excellence and a ton of positive energy. This position is important and highly valued as it ranges in scope from overseeing the minutest detail to ensuring that the office as a whole is running at maximum efficiency.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential and existing accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills
  • Evaluating and prequalifying new prospects
  • Develops accounts by checking customers buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplishes department and organizational goals by accepting ownership and accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities
  • Performing other miscellaneous office tasks as assigned

Required Education, Languages & Skills:

  • BA or college degree
  • Fluent in English
  • French Fluency is an asset
  • Microsoft Office Suite including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
