High-end hardwood manufacturer distributor is looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking dynamic individuals who have experience in the flooring industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, excellent organization, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

The Salesman is responsible for growing our inside sales by actively prospecting for new

customers. The sales associate is responsible for identifying, contacting, assessing needs, identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, closing, and building ongoing relationships. The candidate must be comfortable looking after clients and as a team player.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will be experienced with all aspects of flooring sales (including product knowledge of flooring types, measuring, and quoting jobs). Additionally the successful candidate will be experienced in prospecting, client relationships, follow-up and follow through. Must have 5 Years Experience in the Floor Covering Industry as sales representative (commercial and residential) all aspects of flooring, the ability to read blueprints a valid driver’s license with their own reliable vehicle & comfortable using computers.

Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Base on qualification Salary $100,000 with commission

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
