We are looking for an Information Technology Application Support Analyst to join our IT Team at our Parkdale Administration Office.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting third party applications in use at the agency. The Application Support Analyst will demonstrate due diligence in being Exceptional in the delivery of high-quality services and in meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety Management System at Wood’s Homes.

Responsibilities

• Support client facing, third party applications in use at the agency.
• Log, resolve, escalate and follow-up incidents and problems related to applications.
• Manage sites, security, adoption, training, governance and audit activities related to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Follow vendor communication to stay current with changes and implement change management practices to communicate change to the agency.
• Recommend, evaluate, install, test, and document new applications.
• Promote the power of our technical tools through communication, training, and workshops.
• Monitor licensing requirements and renewals.
• Escalation point for the IT Support Technician and Assistant.
• Work on assigned projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a Technology program with focus on application management, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Azure application provisioning.
• Good working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with Tableau server an asset
• Security focused with knowledge of MS365 and Azure security features
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills and a desire to teach.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
