Our ideal candidate is confident and has a strong sense of initiative and an interest in learning about the industry. This person will be an effective and seasoned communicator with strong written and verbal skills. The chosen candidate can expect ample opportunities for growth and play a key role in a growing company’s successes.

You should have business development as well as sales experience. You should have the ability to build a structure and process for a strong client pipeline and the development of tactics to meet high-growth revenue goals.

You will:

• Work side by side with the sales team.
• Help develop innovative business processes and relationships that will deliver revenue goals.
• Achieve revenue targets.
• Follow up on inbound client leads and closing on prospective clients.

Specific Qualifications:

• Solid sales background with effective techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Call centre experience an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
