JOB DESCRIPTION – IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Each of our client’s operations are a little different, and delivering high-quality solutions requires applying our knowledge of industry best practices, our available technologies and often a little ingenuity to recommend and support the right approach.


You will be a part of a creative team that is responsible for all aspects of new client development and implementation practices. Building trust in relationships and developing unique solutions to the implementation of our services and software will be critical for success in this role. We love what we do. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and develop business relationships with new clients, with a focus on delivering initial value quickly and building long-term partnerships
  • Work directly with the Routeique executive team to identify opportunities for engaging new and existing contacts within the Routeique network
  • Make calls, emails, in-person visits and presentations to new and existing clients to convey the value of Routeique’s complete solution
  • Gather business requirements from new and existing clients – what problems can we help them solve?
  • Engage directly with the Client Success and Products teams to develop best-fit solutions leveraging industry best practices, process improvements and available technologies
  • Identify advantages with Routeique’s unique mix of software and service to express value plans for new and existing customers
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/implementation plans/quotations for current and prospective clients
  • Continue to enhance and optimize new business development processes, further leveraging CRM tools such as Hubspot, with a focus to scale proven processes
  • Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas
  • Participates in events that would be opportunities to meet new customers and supports past and existing customers on some events that are relationship building opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in relevant roles such as business development, client success, account management or consulting
  • Proven ability to develop relationships

BONUS

  • Experience with technology and/or supply chain/logistics consulting
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with LinkedIn Navigator
