Short Summary

Imaging Agents monitor and maintain the entire photo/video network and the photo/video equipment. They are required to create, edit and author all individual high definition videos and create, edit and print all group and single shot photos for each of EdgeWalk guest. They will also prepare each portfolio package identifying and arranging the appropriate certificate, photos and videos for each. They will maximize photo and video sales through up-selling.

They are also responsible for providing guests with extraordinary service and information on all aspects of the EdgeWalk experience and of the CN Tower.

They will also be cross-trained as a Booking Agent and will manage, book, service and execute all EdgeWalk reservations and products including all cash, debit and credit card handling. Their duties include up-selling products, internal and external communication and assisting Imaging Agents. They are to maximize capacity to effectively fill all available time slots within the EdgeWalk operating day.

This position will commence upon business resumption.

Job Description

Create, edit and print photos as well as edit and upload video of the EdgeWalk guests’ experience.

Ensure that each client receives the correct certificate, photo and video in a timely manner.

Provide friendly and outgoing courteous service excellence to guests.

Monitor the quality of photos and videos and communicate with respective staff and guides on how to improve such quality.

Work with the EdgeWalk Guides to improve and make adjustments to photo and video capturing.

Look after and maintain all photography and video equipment ensuring it is all in working order.

Compile and keep stock of each photo / video assets and accessories including inventory management of those assets.

Liaise with EdgeWalk manager to fix or replace any malfunctioning or damaged equipment.

Assist in all front desk duties including upselling and assisting Booking Agents.

Assist Managers with inventory checks and procedures.

Source, edit and produce videos and photos based on need.

Qualifications

Relevant college or university education in digital imaging for photography and/or video production is an asset.

Relevant and recent experience with digital imaging and video editing on an Apple or PC based operating system is an asset.

Prior face to face customer service experience with a proven track record of excellent customer service.

Prior face to face customer service experience is preferred.

Previous experience working with cash/debit/credit card systems an asset.

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Working Conditions

Ability to stand or walk for long periods of the day.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, which includes but is not limited to evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, conflicting demands, frequent interruptions, and heavy work loads.
Light to infrequently moderate physical effort. Requires handling of light and moderate weight objects including CN Tower merchandise/inventory, office equipment and other office supplies.
