About us

We are Erica Jane Restaurant, located at the One Water building in downtown Kelowna, right across from Prospera Place and the Dolphin Plaza.

Erica Jane Restaurant is the vision of Reg Henry, which has always been to offer an elevated dining experience unlike any other in the Okanagan. Our owner/operators, David Bekkering and Chris Braun, are both seasoned veterans of the hospitality industry and they are hoping to bring some of that expertise back to their roots in the Okanagan. Three simple words inform their decisions regarding Erica Jane; Elevated Okanagan Dining.

We are seeking an enthusiastic host/hostess to help us round out our amazing team. The chosen candidate will work with the rest of the Front of House team to execute quality service to our guests in a timely manner. You will be primarily at the front door warmly greeting our guests and helping them to their tables. The chosen candidate will also need to be comfortable using our reservation system,

Our staff are our number one asset and we take immense pride in going above and beyond in order to train and retain our them as often as possible. In an ideal scenario we all grow together so that everyone comes out ahead.

The individual chosen for this role will be eligible for tips in addition to their hourly wage.

• Previous hosting experience an asset
• Fine dining experience considered an asset
• Knowledge of reservation systems an asset, we use Touch Bistro
• Able to learn and relay menu comfortably to guests
• Understanding protocols regarding waste, serving etiquette, etc...
• Familiar with basic prepping, cleaning, stocking, closing duties

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.75 per hour
