Can you get to the root cause and engage others to produce safe results? Was your career before you became a Health & Safety Leadership Coach, working around Dozers, Excavators, Trenchers and Backhoes?

If it is then we would like to talk to you about becoming a H&S Safety Culture for major pipeline construction projects in Western Canada.

Reporting to the Head of HSE, you will be in the field, representing the companies approach to personal growth, commitment and professional development within a challenging and engaging work environment that the company culture is built upon. You will be able to meet people where they’re at and reinforce good behaviors, identify gaps, then effectively coach & mentor positive change.

You Will Have

• evidence of your dedicated to H&S Leadership & Coaching.
• previous experience in Heavy Civil Construction, perhaps as an operator, foreman or Superintendent or similar.
• previous experience and appreciation for various companies application of SWPs, JSAs, FLHAs, orientations, tailgates, daily reports, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations in the field.
• evidence of your continued commitment to education and training in the field of Health & Safety, leadership or coaching.
• held and excelled in previous leadership or management roles.
• previous experience on major civil construction projects, preferably linear projects.
  

You Will Be Expected To

• be in the field for months at a time, working a 6-1 schedule, accommodation and vehicle is provided
• travel to various projects sites (spreads)

We expect that the individual who can deliver in this role will have developed their own approach & vision to produce safe outcomes.
