About The Role

Workday is looking for a Human Capital (HCM) Solution Consultant to join our Canadian Presales team.

If you are a presales professional with deep public services experience demonstrating Human Capital Management, an experienced HCM practitioner or have experience implementing HCM solutions, this is your chance to demonstrate the value of next generation SaaS HCM solution to Workday prospects and customers.

As a Presales HCM Solution Consultant, you will lead discovery workshops with prospective non-profit customers to uncover pain-points and business problems. You will provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Workday HCM. You will conduct executive-level presentations and provide trusted advice and guidance as an industry HCM subject matter expert. As part of the extended sales team, you will also assist in responding to RFPs, participate in Workday events such as webinars & customer forums and you will attend and support industry conferences & trade-shows.

As a Workday HCM Solution Consultant, you will use your in-depth product knowledge to provide ERP expertise to the sales team and the customers.

Presales are involved throughout the sales cycle from initial qualification, discovery through tailored product demonstrations, deep dives and including executive level presentations. You will act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers and provide consultation on product capability and value.

Responsibilities include:

• The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
• To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.
• To contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria and sales cycle closure plans.
• Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• To assist sales in the response to RFIs.
• Ability to travel 50%
  
  

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ in a Presales / Sales Consulting role or 5+ year’s experience within HCM domain expertise and preferably experience in cross ERP functions such as HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, recruiting and/or learning
• Bilingual ( French/English) required
  
  

Other Requirements

• Experience of valued based selling
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/Software company preferred.
• A self starter with a desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects individually as well as being part of different teams.
• Ability to enthusiastically communicate Workday’s unique value and to demonstrate HCM solutions
• Unrivaled professional presentation, communication, and decision-maker influencing skills; expert knowledge of Human Capital Management software.
