This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

We are looking for enthusiastic & driven entrepreneurs on campuses who are excited to represent Neo and play a role in building better financial products for Canadians. As a Growth and Strategy Student Lead, you will have the opportunity to design a business plan with the goal of customer acquisition on your campus. Of course, we will help you along the way to execute your business plan and make your ideas a success! You will lead your campus team and will be the first point of contact for potential customers to help them discover the value of Neo’s products for themselves.

In this role, you will have flexibility in where and how you will represent Neo. We welcome you to participate and even run events both on and off campuses. You will be directly responsible for customer acquisition by signing up customers for the Neo MasterCard and other Neo products.

Make this gig your part-time role, you choose your hours. The program is flexible and designed to fit with students’ schedules. If you are a closer and have a track record of high performance, we can work together to create a schedule that works for you.

Earnings:

• Uncapped commission-based earnings
• Earn $55 for every successful Neo customer referral - anticipated earnings of $5,000 per month
