Greeter

This temporary role is used to manage staff or patient flow throughout the Assessment Centres, Vaccine Centres and all Hospital Staff Entrances. They provide instruction and direction throughout centres and entrances, as well as greet and screen hospital staff and physicians.

Rate of pay: $16.39 per hour

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Availabilty and Scheduling: Monday through Sunday. Must be available 24/7 for both days and nights 12 hour shift rotation.

Patient Flow

• Document clients’ arrival
• Provide direction/escorting clients to various areas within the clinic to maintain clinic flow
• Instruct and observe patients to follow proper hand hygiene protocols during their visit
• Assist with supplies required for the nurse’s stations if required

Staff Flow

• Greet and screen all Hospital staff, perform visual checks of hospital ID
• Ensure staff have access to appropriate PPE at entrances

Other duties as assigned

Education: Minimum requirement: High School Diploma

Immunization Requirements:

• Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
• Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step)
• In addition, candidates will need to provide documentation of a completed COVID vaccine series (two vaccines).
