Graphic Designer (PT)

• A degree in Graphic Design or extensive experience in the field will be considered.
• Expert command of Adobe CS tools.
• Experience designing for email, social and websites.
• Experience with responsive and gesture-enables design.
• Self-starter with strong organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills
• Strong digital illustration skills – working knowledge of procreating is considered an asset.

• Experience working with Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
• Understanding of HTML, and CSS.
• Experience creating Meta ads.

• Produce banner designs for our website, social media graphics and ads, email campaign designs and templates, and some direct mail pieces.
• Manage design graphic and image assets.
• Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
• Work with the digital team and developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
• Work with website developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision and brand. Work with the Campaigns team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
• Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across all digital customer touchpoints.

• Hourly pay is $17-22 (depending on experience)
