Grain Farm Employee (Seasonal Full and Perminant Full)

Looking for a reliable, seasonal worker to help out with all aspects of a busy grain farm. We run a fleet of new equipment. Scope of work would include, Farm yard and building repair / maintenance, Equipment repair / maintenance, aiding in field and yard operations during busy seasons, equipment operations at seeding through harvest, operate tandem grain trucks. . Hours can be flexible dependant on season. Availability on weekends in seeding / harvest necessary. Year round employment is available for the right individual.

• Farm experience an asset
• Ability to understand instructions and work in a safe, timely manor
• GPS and a general comfort around technology is required.
• Class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfortable driving large equipment and tandem grain trucks
• Must be able to stay on task, be organized, keep records and be able to troubleshoot problems independently.
• Work in outdoor and indoor environments, at times alone for extended periods.
• Have general knowledge of maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Physically able, (running, climbing, bending, lifting, work at heights) Grain dust is common.
• Looking for someone with a keen interest in agriculture

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Salary: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
