Join the Team at Sparkling Hill Resort! We are looking for a friendly, professional individual to fill a full-time retail sales position in our Gift Shop.

Duties will include:

· Greet guests in a welcoming manner

· Maintain knowledge regarding Gift Shop products in order to answer questions effectively

· Provide suggestions and locate products upon request

· Process transactions and advise customers of warranty and return policies

· Follow cash handling procedures

· Monitor inventory levels and communicate when an item needs to be re-ordered

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Gift Shop

· Answer questions regarding Sparkling Hill resort and be able to direct guest appropriately.

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Must maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times

· Previous experience in customer service

· Previous experience in a retail setting an asset

· Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Reliable transportation is essential.

Staff accommodation is available on site in double rooms for full time Sparkling Hill employees, working 40 hours per week.
