Genesis Kelowna is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!

First impressions are everything!It starts with a warm welcome in our state of the art Genesis Dealership, scheduled to open in mid August 2023. You will have a customer focused, can-do attitude. You will take care of our guests from the moment they arrive, ensuring our Genesis guests have a memorable and seamless experience with your attention to detail, and ability to go the extra mile. Someone with a friendly attitude, consistent smile, and great customer service is what we are looking for!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule guest vehicle service appointments
• Greet guests and check-in vehicles to the Service Department for their scheduled appointment
• Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow
• Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationships
• Be able to multi-task maintaining a high quality of service
• Create work orders with accurate information
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts when required
• Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time frame, explain cost and time requirements in detail
• Keep service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date
• Explain completed work and any/all charges to customers
• Follow Brand and Company policies, procedures and service standards
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Attend and remain current with brand training

Who you are:

• 2+ years experience in a hospitality or customer service-based role. Service advising experience is a bonus.
• Experience working with a luxury brand is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Keen to immerse yourself in high-end training with Genesis
• Outgoing & a strong desire to serve people
• A positive attitude & always smiling
• Flexible schedule
• Great organizational & computer skills
• Must be eligible to work in Canada

Nice to haves:

• Experience in the automotive industry a strong asset
• Hospitality experience
• PBS knowledge is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
