General Farm Labourer

Duties:
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various tasks
- Assist with garden and greenhouse maintenance, including watering, weeding, and planting
- Participate in growing and harvesting activities
- Lift heavy objects and perform heavy lifting tasks as required
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Operate heavy equipment as needed. Class 1 license an asset!

Experience:
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for construction and maintenance tasks
- Previous experience working in a garden or greenhouse setting is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment is preferred

Please note that this job may require working in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks. The ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate with a team is essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
