Job SummaryThe FICO Functional Analyst is responsible for providing support for various financial and operational modules such as the sales module (POS and SD). As part of his or her duties, the incumbent also needs to ensure that the SAP software application is properly used and that the best business practices are applied in his or her area of expertise (FICO).Key Accountabilities

• Support day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting and resolving SAP issues;
• Offer solutions to operational issues related to Point of Sales (POS) and corporate finance;
• Act as a business partner for the finance / operations team in order to understand business needs and strategies and provide support and recommendations on existing and future tools and processes;
• Participate in the drafting of test plans as well as functional tests;
• Produce detailed and concise documents related to operational requirements and technical specifications;
• Configure the SAP system to achieve business objectives according to SAP best practices;
• Support the numerous banking interfaces such as Concur, Infosite, eCOM and more;
• Offer support to users across the company;
• PI monitoring.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position;
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, accounting, applied science or in a related field;
• Extended knowledge of Point of Sales system (retail);
• Extended knowledge of business finance and accounting;
• Excellent knowledge of SAP FICO modules and configuration, including SD;
• Knowledge of other SAP modules, an asset (ex: GRC, PI, POSDM experience);
• Experience in interface support with other systems/partners;
• Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast, changing environment;
• Rigor and process orientation;
• Leadership and customer service oriented;
• Autonomy and motivation;
• Good communication skills, both in speaking and writing, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Available for support outside normal working hours (evening, night and weekend).
