Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Elements team. The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work both daytimes, evenings and weekends.We are currently hiring for part-time hours (1-2 shifts/week) with the availability to grow with our company.

The receptionist’s duties include:

• Greeting patients
• Booking patients
• Answering phones
• Submitting benefit claims
• Running payments
• Updating MVA/WCB files
• Light cleaning
• Light laundry

Elements Health is a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will be able to handle the pace and stress of working in a position with constant movement. Part-time hours: 6-15 per week

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

• How soon are you available to start training?
• Training is a 2-3 week process including day and evening shifts for approximately 20-30 hrs/week. Are you available to train that amount?
• This position is for part-time casual, 1-2 shifts/week (6-12hrs), coverage for employees who are sick/vacation, starting as early as 7:30am if opening, work as late as 8:30pm if closing. Are you still interested?
