An independent tea and coffee shop near beautiful Amazing Brentwood Burnaby is looking to add a pleasant, efficient and organized full time Barista FOH

Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare tea, coffee. And serve grab and go type food to customers.
Operate the Point of Sales (POS) computer and safely handle cash.
Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock when needed from storage.
Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures.
Understand and adhere to proper food handling safety and sanitization standards while receiving, storing, servicing food and clean up.
Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Experience as a barista or a good amount of experience within the hospitality industry is preferred
Food Safe Certification is preferred, or be willing to get asap.
Positive attitude and team player
A willingness to learn,
Trustworthy, punctual,
Reliability a must
Able to handle front, middle and back of store activities
Deliver best customer service to our customers
Available to work on Weekends and holidays

Pay: Wage TBD on experience, plus, tips on top of hourly wage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 1 per week

Salary: $15.20-$16.50 per hour
