Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Carry out regular maintenance processes and operations.
• Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
• Facilitate minor on-location repairs to equipment at various sites.
• Assist in creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
• Maintaining equipment to ensure it’s at working standards.
• Conducting regular inspections of the equipment to detect and resolve problems.
• Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
• Ensuring all periodic inspections done as per schedule.
• Prepare, maintain and ensure implementation of check lists.
• Responsible for initiating, closing and registering work orders.
• Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
• Documenting and preparing progress reports and maintenance logs.
• Overseeing spare parts stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance on equipment.
• Good understanding of how to work on heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of machines including graders, loaders and skid steers.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Must be reliable and possess good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
