Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional seeking to collaborate with a diverse and committed team of individuals to problem solve?


We’re looking for you to join our team as a Resource Plannerin Winnipeg, MB!


As the Planner, you’ll be providing your support to our Audit and Assurance Practice Leaders and assisting them with business-related items, such as organizational responsibilities and communications. You’ll develop a strong understanding of business needs to identify solutions to areas that require additional support, coordinate scheduling activities for audit and assurance functions, and maintain scheduling software and staff allocations.


Some of your additional responsibilities include:


  • Managing reporting requirements, tracking utilization, work scheduling, time submission, time off schedule, and feedback for your management team
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information that require a high level of discretion
  • Coordinating training arrangements and monitoring compliance
  • Assisting the onboarding new Audit staff and summer/co-op interns
  • Working with firm and local office leadership to ensure that all engagements are appropriately staffed with the right resources and skills sets

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Administration OR an equivalent combination of education/experience in Administration
  • Experience in a Senior administrative role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
