We’re looking for you to join our team as a Client Success Manager in Toronto, ON!

Our Managed Services Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Technology Advisory Practice helps organizations maximize efficiencies and drive business value across the organization. We do this by working with CXOs and other IT/HR leaders to help them transform their EPM function using the core drivers of change: process optimization, target operating model development, and system implementation.

As the Manager, you’ll be learning from and working with talented professionals and develop your personal skills by providing support to clients and offering expertise in Kahua EPM tools for tasks such as project management, planning assistance, reporting, and integrations. You’ll be collaborating with clients to plan the rollout of Kahua functionality, reviewing and improving EPM business processes, and deliver day-to-day activities for managed services engagements. Additionally, you’ll be leading a team of support personnel, handling technical enhancements and production break-fixes, and maintaining strong client relationships.
