Responsibilities:

• ·Assist with the preparation of monthly Financial Statements including consolidation and follows month end procedures.
• Preparation of bank reconciliations, working paper audit schedules within a multi-currency and multi company environment. ·
• Preparation of monthly HST returns. ·
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions. ·
• Assist with various internal and external reports. ·
• Special projects as required.
• Qualifications: ·
• Preferred candidate to have at least 5 years’ experience in all aspects of financial reporting and preparation of year end audit schedules. ·
• Must be able to work independently and work towards meeting deadlines in a busy team environment. ·
• Must have strong communication, analytical and excellent excel skills.
• · Exposure to AS400 environment and experience in wholesale distribution comprises a definite asset.
